Organic Ingredients:
有機材料:

木棉豆腐 1盒
Daigo Tofu 1 box

Seasoning:
調味料:

Sonnentor/Down To Earth丁香粉1 1/2茶匙
Down To Earth白胡椒粒20粒
Sonnentor Cinnamon Quills 2支
Sonnentor八角1粒
The Bites糖約2大匙
The Bites有機醬油約10湯匙
水650ml
The Bites Blackstrap Molasses 適量
The Bites Arrow Root Powder 適量

做法:

1. 豆腐橫切2刀,再直切2刀,變成9塊,煮沸水, 豆腐煮3-4分鐘后備用。

2. 把650ml 的水煮沸后,放入丁香、白胡椒粒、 cinnamon quills 和八角煮一會兒,然後小火煮10分鐘

3. 接著把湯好的豆腐放入,開大火煮滾,然後再轉小火 煮30分鐘

4. 放入TB 醬油及糖,加入適量的Blackstrap Molasses調色 煮約10分鐘(小火)

5. 最後把Arrow Root Powder加少許水調勻,放入豆腐中 拌勻就可上桌。
