Noodle and cucumber salad

This dish also makes a great salad for a barbecue.

Serves 4 


3 nos Baby cucumbers
½ pkt Tricolour square noodles, The Bites
1 clove Garlic
1 tbsp Yeast flakes, The Bites
tsp Sesame seeds, The Bites
tsp Dried parsley, Sonnentor
tsp Shallot oil



1. Boil noodle sheets until cooked and set aside.
2. Slice up the baby cucumbers.
3. Fry garlic slices in sesame oil until fragrant. Add some shallot oil. Remove from heat after half a minute.
4. Toss the noodle and cucumber slices in the oil. Sprinkle with yeast flakes and garnish with sesame seeds and dried parsley.
