Mushroom Masala

Ingredients

200g Morning glory mushroom
½ nos Onion (dice)
1 tsp Ginger (minced)
1 tsp Sweet paprika, Sonnentor
1 tsp Curry powder, Down To Earth
1 tsp Garam masala, Down To Earth
3 tbsp Cooking oil, Why Not?
Salt to taste

 

Method

1. Clean the mushroom and cut into cube. As well also for the onion and capsicum.
2. In a hot wok add in cooking oil then continue stir in all the ingredients.
3. Add paprika, curry powder, garam masala and salt for taste.
4. Quick stir-fry with high heat for 3 minutes.
