Healthy Veggie Soup
300g Chayote, grated
150g Green papaya, grated
50g Carrot, grated
200g Abalone mushroom, thinly sliced
50g Fresh touken
50g Arrowroot powder, The Bites (mix with 1 cup of water)
2 tbsp Hijiki
1 tbsp Sea salt, The Bites
3 litres Filtered water
Some black pepper powder and sugar to taste
1. Using a bio-Clay soup pot, fill in the water, bring to boil, add in the chayote, green papaya, carrot and Chinese cabbage. Cook to boil again and simmer for 15 minutes.
2. Put in the abalone mushroom, black pepper powder, mix well and season with salt and sugar.
3. Put in the arrowroot powder mixture to thicken the soup. Lastly, put in the touken and hijiki, mix well and serve.
